Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final, meaning refunds are only issued in the case of damaged products upon receipt.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at info@peacemoneyelevation.com within 15 days of receiving it, providing photos of the damaged item. We will then assist you with either a refund or a replacement.

Order Changes:

  • Orders are intentionally fulfilled after 24 - 36 hours.
  • Sales are generally final unless under exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges and Returns:

  • We don't offer exchanges or returns.
  • If you're unsure about sizing, refer to our Sizing Guide or contact our customer team at info@peacemoneyelevation.com for personalized sizing suggestions.

Address Verification:

  • Please double-check your address before placing an order, including apartment or dorm numbers.
  • Once the package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for it. In case of loss or theft, contact your local post office promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Applicable only to damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, a new order must be placed.
